UDPATE

Witt is done with the kidney test and we will share the results of that as we know them.
They have found that his stomach is enlarged so they will do a test for that soon (today). Please pray specifically at this time for the stomach blockage to clear.
We are still waiting for the chromosomal test results. Once those arrive the doctors will be able to make some more decisions as to what can be done for sweet baby Witt.
He can't survive very long being sustained through IVs alone. Once again we near the end of what medicine is able to do which gives God a chance to really shine...to His glory!

I am praying right now for you family and know God will prevail. He is captivated by your dedication and honor for Him. Your family is on my mind and heart right now and in the days to come.

My continued thoughts and prayers are with you all and sweet baby Witt. I find myself checking the blog almost hourly to find out the latest news as well as new prayer requests.

Please don;t fear how he is sustained. I know from my two girls being in the NICU that TPN( Total Prenatal Nutrition) along with other IV fats and proteins can hold a baby for some time. Also, we know that the Lord God Almighty has Witt surrounded and HE alone is the nutrition that Witt needs. Sweet Witt has Food that we don't understand as he Lord is His shade at His right hand.

I love sunglasses. The jaundice lights helpe me envision my girls as they were under the lights being encompassed by the Light of Christ. Much love to you all. I am thanking God in advance for the healing of sweet baby Witt. Martha Rogers

Still praying and checking back every few hours for updates... What a miracle he is already!

Acts 20:24
...if only I may finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me—the task of testifying to the gospel of God's grace

Thank you for updating the blog often throughout the day. I, too, find myself checking every few hours for updates. Our thoughts and more importantly our prayers continue to follow you all throughout the hours and days.

"Precious Lord, take my hand, lead me on help me stand, I am tired, I am weak, I am worn"

I pray these words for you and for Witt to hold on to God's hand and seek only Him for your strength.

Much love and many prayers
-Susan

Karen & Vickie,

Thanks for keeping us all up to date on Witt, Mel and Austan. We are all praying for God's healing hands to do his special thing. We already know he has all the guards surrounding Sweet Witt. I'm still afraid to come to the hospital with this flu bug still lingering.

Let me know if there's anything I can help with.

Love,

Big Bobby B

I am just a random reader who followed someone else's blog link, but I wanted to let your family know that Witt and his parents are in my prayers too tonight. You are inspirational and that sweet baby is just precious. Mom and Dad, you are handling everything with so much grace. Blessings.
