CHRIST, MY STRONGHOLD!

"I love You, O Lord, my Strength. The Lord is my Rock and my Fortress and my Deliverer, my God, my Rock, in Whom I take refuge; my Shield and the Horn of my Salvation, my STRONGHOLD. I call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised, and I am saved from my enemies."

God has not just saved us from anger, hopelessness, despair but has saved us to peace and joy!!! There is no other answer but the very presence of Christ. He has not allowed anything but Himself to take a strong hold of us!!!!

Witt had a good night last night that included a bath! Here are Mel, Austan and Witt right afterwards!

Witt and I woke up about the same time this morning

Witt played in his bed for quite a while...

Next...Melanie got to give Witt a bottle! Witt is allowed 2ounces a day of thickened formula!!

Thank you so very much for your prayers...I am humbled everyday to know how many take time to pray for us! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

It is most humbling to be able to sit and witness all that our God has and will continue to do through Witt. Witt is a ministry unlike none other and coming here to visit with y'all is my daily devotional. Thank you.

you are an inspiration - I pray that if I am faced with something as hard - your faith will ring in my ears and help me through

We have been praying for all of you. In my study, I was reading that walking by faith is difficult because we are asked to believe what we can't see. Yet, faith is "walking in the dark" with God, holding His hand tightly.Faith hopes in WHO God is and what God has promised.
"Who walks in darkness and has no light? Let him trust in the name of the Lord and rely upon his God."
God didn't say He would keep us immune from trouble, but He promised to be with us in trouble.
In Exodus, the children of Israel were frightened as they were camped by the Red Sea. They couldn't "see" what God was doing in the night. They couldn't see the miracle God was doing--parting the Red Sea so they could cross in safety the next morning. Thank you, Lord, for working in the "nights of our lives". Thank you Father, for holding Witt, Mel, and Austan tightly in your loving arms during this night. YOU are their Steadfast Rock. You are the Blessed Controller. In You, they have put their trust. Your plans are perfect. Your timing is perfect. Let them feel your peace and your joy, Father, as you continue to work in the days and nights of their lives.
We love you so much!
Cute, cute, cute videos of precious Witt!
