Witt is being fed breast milk as I type! Please pray that he is able to digest it!!! The doctors are beginning to mention things we couldn't have even fathomed a few days ago...things like he might be able to bottle feed next week...and, they are even beginning to mention "going home!!!" Witt has several MAJOR hurdles to jump before "home" is a reality but even the sheer mention of it makes my heart SOAR!!! I am blown away by the ways that God is "showing off" through our precious little man! A friend emailed me today and pointed out that God is still in the "business of miracles!"

***Karen would like everyone to pray very specifically that God intercedes and rearranges Witt's far, the doctors are baffled because they can't confirm Trisomy 18!!!
You go, God!!!

I want to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for your precious words of encouragement...the kind words from those we know and love and the sweet messages from perfect strangers has helped to open our eyes to the beauty of this most difficult walk we are on!!! I have never seen God's Hand more clearly...His tender, loving touch sustains us!

God's Grace IS Sufficient!!! Praise Him!

Eat up, little buddy!

"Ah, Sovereign Lord, you have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and outstretched arms. Nothing is too hard for you . ." Then the word of the Lord came to Jeremiah: "I am the Lord, the God of all mankind, Is anything to hard for me?"
Jer.32:17, 26-27

"Yours, O Lord, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the majesty and the slendor, for everything in heaven and earth is yours. Yours, O Lord, is the kingdom; you are exalted as head over all. Wealth and honor come from you; you are the ruler of all things. In your hands are strength and power to exalt and give strength to all."
1 Chron. 29:10-13

"I am still confident of this: I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Wait for the Lord;be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord."
Ps. 27:13-14

As we wait, I praying complete healing and restoration in little Witt Harris Lupher. We give you the praise and the glory for all you have done, all you are doing, and all you will continue to do!

In His Mighty Love,
Shery Jaksha

He stays faithful to the faithful. It is such a testament of faith, hope and love. I thank God that baby Witt was given such believing and God-fearing parents, family and friends. Now he is and will continue to be an example to the world of what faith, prayer and worship can do. That our God saves.

You have praised God for his glory and love and for this baby boy. He is blessed by you and answers your prayers. God is awesome! I will never cease to pray and wait anxiously for more good news!

Praise God for His Great work in his baby boy Witt!!!

Since my girls were in the NICU, I have been studying on Healing and Miracles in the Name of Jesus. One thing that continually comes up is speaking to the unseen spiritual realm. To claim healing in the Name Jesus Christ. Also, the authority of the family, Austen, should speak healing over him outloud b/c Christ is the head of Austen. (Now I know this is out there, but this is the time for out there!)I firmly believe you have a front row seat to a Divine Healing.

This is what I have been claiming outloud for Witt:

In the Name of Jesus Christ who defeated death and is now seated at the right hand of God Almighty, I claim healing through the power of Jesus Christ for Witt. I speak to his chromosomes and declare that are perfectly connected through the Power of Jesus Christ. I claim this healing because the Word says "by His wounds, we are healed" and I claim Christ's healing in Witt. I speak to his tummy and declare in Jesus that you are perfectly functioning: taking in, processing, expeling and leaving no residual. We declare complete healing over you in the Name of Jesus Christ.

My constant prayers in Jesus,
